Is it easy to return items?

Once your return is authorized, you'll receive step-by-step instructions and a prepaid shipping label via email. Returns for a refund are charged an $8 flat processing fee. This fee will also include your return shipping label.

Can I do an exchange?

Yes, follow the steps in the return portal and you will be able to exchange for another size, or even exchange for a completely different item. All exchanges in the U.S. are issued a free return shipping label.

What if my order is outside the U.S.?

Send us an email at and we'll help you out.

What items are returnable?

  • Items purchased in the last 30 days. New and unworn items with original tags (and liners for swim) attached.

What items are non-refundable?

  • Items marked as final sale.
  • Free gifts or promotional items with retail value.
  • Items purchased beyond 30 days
  • Any items that are worn or original tags and liners are not attached

How soon will I get my refund?

Once your items are inspected by our team, you'll get your refund typically within three business days. But it may take up to seven days to deposit in your account depending on your own bank.
